>I’ve been very good at keeping busy lately, not entirely with what I should be up to, but I keep moving in some way, shape or form. I know it’s bad when procrastinating prone friends call me out on my own sluggishness, or when a room full of 10th graders has more focus than I do. But i keep going forward. I heard it’s the only way.
Three goals for today:
1. find a comfortable position to sit in so my back stops hurting
2. make two appointments
3. walk at least one of the dogs

Small bites, chewing carefully.
